You represent H-V Hospitality Group’s Restaurant and your actions reflect on the company; it shows in your uniform and in your manner. Whenever you are on duty, it is show time! Your performance should be meticulous from the moment you enter the building to the moment you leave. We mean to impress our guests with service and food they'll never forget.

Positive Mental Attitude
It is absolutely essential that you maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy while working every shift your positive mental attitude makes our guests feel welcome. Their satisfaction is your single most important goal. The best tool you have to project a positive mental attitude is a sincere friendly smile. Your attitude shows in your smile; it creates an ambience of hospitality that leaves the guest feeling pleased with their dining experience. A positive mental attitude is contagious and will encourage an atmosphere of success.
